Stan Gerson is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Vice President of Beitler Commercial Realty Services in Sherman Oaks, California.

Stan began his real estate career in 1980.  He has been personally responsible for over Three Hundred Fifty Million dollars in transactions with the number of completed deals averaging 65 per year.  This volume puts him in the forefront of most other brokers in Southern California.

Every year since 1978, he has won “Top Producer” in the San Fernando Valley Office.

His experience is in sales and leasing of all types of commercial and investment properties.  This includes office, industrial, retail, investment and land. His expertise also includes marketing properties internationally.

Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Stan was an owner of IPC Commercial Real Estate Company in San Diego, California. In addition to personally being involved in day to day transactions, he ran a twenty man office and trained many successful commercial agents in all areas of real estate.

Before entering real estate, Stan was an owner and operator of a twelve-store retail chain in Southern California and Arizona. He was also the president of Gerco, Inc., a real estate development subsidiary of his multi-million dollar retail business.

Stan spent his earlier years in sales and marketing with Bristol Myers Corporation and Calgon Corporation.
